Stonewall Sports 2021 National Tournament - Billiards

Registration: Sunday, June 20th at 12:00pm ET - Saturday, July 31st at 11:59pm ET

Format: Two Day Tournament

• Saturday, September 18: Round Robin play, Players randomly assigned and play 5 matches
• Sunday, September 19: Double Elimination Tournament. All players seeded in a tournament bracket.

Rules: All matches will be conducted according to BCA rules, with a couple of minor modifications. (Rules distributed following registration.)

Players: Changes to registration information and refunds are allowed until Wednesday, August 4th.  After August 4th, no changes OR refunds can be made unless cleared by Tournament leadership and t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed.

Cost: $45 per player (plus $2 processing fee). Includes t-shirt, awards, water, food and drink specials, and access to all social events.

Transportation: Transportation from the host hotel to the venue and back will be available for players Saturday and Sunday.  More details will be made available after registration is closed.

All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Leadership's discretion. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports managers to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
