Stonewall Sports 2021 National Tournament - Dodgeball Classic Tournament

Registration: Sunday, June 20th at 12:00pm ET - Saturday, July 31st at 11:59pm ET
Format: Two Day Tournament
- Saturday, September 18: Round Robin play, cities divided evenly into pods and will each team in their pod.
- Sunday, September 19: Double Elimination Tournament. Teams will be sorted into either the James River Bracket (upper 2/3 of standings) or the Belle Isle Bracket (remaining teams) based on results of Day 1.

Teams & Players:
- Each team must have at least 2 women on the court at the start of each individual game.
- 8-12 players per team
- A team is considered complete when 8 players have registered and paid. Teams with 8 or fewer players will have the option to receive free agents in order to fill teams.
- Roster substitutions will only be allowed through Wednesday, August 4th. After August 4th, no players can be added, changed, OR refunded unless cleared by tournament leadership and t-shirt size changes are not guaranteed.
Cost: $45 per player (plus $2 processing fee). Includes t-shirt, awards, water, food and drink specials, and access to all social events.
Transportation: Transportation from the host hotel to the venue and back will be available for players Saturday and Sunday. More details will be made available after registration is closed.
All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Leadership's discretion. Captains will be expected to be the main communication channel for their players. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports managers to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
