Player Registration: Includes t-shirts and access to all social events.
Team sports registration and registration for the Dodgeball Showcase and Kickball Remix games have ended. You may still register for a weekend events pass. Learn more about the weekend’s events and register for an events pass.
Players and Teams:
Teams must have at least 12 and no more than 22 players on their roster.
We are currently planning for up to 64 teams.
Must have 12 registered and paid players by May 8 for team status and a guaranteed spot.
Format:
This year, we plan to offer at least four separate tournaments/levels based on team focus on competition/skill vs. recreational/social. Captains will choose their preferred level, although we reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary in consultation with captains. The four projected tournament levels will be:
A: Most competitive/skills focused.
B: Lean competitive/skills focused.
C: Lean recreational/social.
D: Most recreational/social.
Tournament Play:
Saturday: Pool play all day. 3-4 games per team on Saturday (depending on tournament size).
Sunday: Single elimination playoffs in each group. All teams will advance to Sunday.
Up to 11 players are permitted in the field on defense at one time.

All details outlined above are subject to change at the Tournament Leadership's discretion. Captains will be expected to be the main communication channel for their players. All questions and issues should be brought to the Sports managers to be resolved. Player conduct and game integrity is core to providing a positive experience for all. Tournament Leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
